    A  Listen to the first part of an interview with Liz crede and answer these questions

    I would give a new sales staff first good presentation, a good character, be yourself when selling, listen, do not be nervous to ask you to put something, very talkative, very respectful when they diriga customer.
    2         What mistakes do salespeople often make?
    The salespeople wrong when selling the product to the customer that they get nervous, do not understand them, do not know the prices of the products.
